Our breakthrough emerged from a stressed client in 2024. Their pivotal investor meeting was advanced by three hours, and they needed deliveries timed accordingly. Instead of declaring it impossible, we developed what we now call “flex-timing”—arrangements that look perfect whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
